What kind of device do you have

Giving us your device serial number will let us look up exact details like warranty and part availability before reaching out to you. Otherwise just tell us what it is (iPhone 8, MacBook Pro, etc) so we have a rough idea.

Now tell us a bit about what's going on

Be as descriptive as possible to help us get you to a quicker solution. Tell us things like what led up to this issue, how long has it been happening or what you've done to try to fix it.

Tickets are responded to during our normal business hours of 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday.
