We want to be able to provide the same service and care you know and love while keeping the health and safety of everyone in mind so we've temporarily changed up how we operate. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and working with us to figure out the best way forward.
Our Hours and Operations
10am - 6pm Monday through Friday
In-Store Service Now Available by Appointment Only!
If you prefer to shop in store rather than over the phone or digitally we are now offering a limited number of appointments for that style of service. At this time, for everyone's health and safety, there are a few things you'll need to be aware of.
* Everyone will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the store. A mask will be provided if you need one.
* Please limit your party to 2 or fewer people to allow for social distancing.
* We may not be able to complete all transactions during one appointment due to staffing or product/part availability.
* Appointments do have a maximum time limit on them to keep things fair and allow as many people as safely possible to visit the store.
How Does Our Sales Department Work Now?
We'll be doing the best to provide the same quality of shopping experience but virtually in most cases. If you like shopping visually, we can video chat with you (or a group if you wanna bring your friends and family shopping!) and walk you around the sales floor that way. There's also the tried and true approaches of a good old fashioned phone call or email if that's your style. Step 2: We'll take the time discuss your needs and provide you with options.
Step 3: We'll then work with you to schedule an in-store appointment, curbside pickup or delivery via a local courier service so you can get your goodies.
How Does Our Service Department Work Now?
All of our normal repair and help services are still available. Need one of our 20 minute counter help sessions? We can do that remotely without you having to leave home. Did your computer stop turning on? We can still check it into our service department for our Apple Certified technicians to diagnose it and replace parts if needed.
Step 2: We'll discuss what you need fixed and give you an initial quote if applicable.
Step 3: Then we'll work with you to solve things via our remote support services if possible or arrange for you to get your computer to us via curbside drop off or courier services if in store repair is required.
How Does Curbside Pick Up/Drop Off Work?
If you want no contact service, let us know and we'll coordinate our timing with you over the phone to avoid physical contact.
Step 1: Once you've scheduled a pick up or drop off swing on by the store and park in the parking lot like normal.
Step 2: When you're parked let us know by calling us at 520.321.9077
Step 3: We'll have you pull up to the front of the store and make a quick hand off of whatever you're picking up or dropping off.
